26-203 Motion presented by Councillor McKenna: That the Mayor be requested to contact the USPS to investigate as to why Revere residents are not receiving mail everyday. Residents have been reporting that mail delivery only occurs about once per week.

26-204 Motion presented by Councillor Kelley: That the Mayor be requested to establish, through the CFO and Water and Sewer Department, a one-season pilot program for residents who do not have a separate exterior water meter and qualify for the City's Senior Water & Sewer Discount Program; namely, residents age 65+ who are the owner of record and occupy a one, two or three-family property. The City would establish each participating senior's average winter water usage to be used as a baseline. For the July and October billing periods, the senior would pay for all water used, but sewer charges would be based on the winter baseline, thereby eliminating sewer charges on excess seasonal usage, if any. Following the pilot, the Water and Sewer Department shall report to the City Council the number of participants, total sewer credits provided, and its recommendations regarding continuation and/or expansion of the program.
