Subject: Second Amendment to the Development Agreement between the City of Rancho Cordova and Grantline & Chrysanthy Investors, LLC relative to the Suncreek project (CEQA Exempt Pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3)).

Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Planning Commission adopt the resolution recommending that City Council: - Introduce and waive the first reading of the Ordinance for the Second Amendment of the Development Agreement with Grantline & Chrysanthy Investors, LLC.
