#P25-020 Fieldstone Manor Subdivision Storm Water Management System Improvements, Phase 1 – Change Order #1 (FINAL)
To adjust the contract price to reflect the final measured quantities of the various items of work involved, and also to adjust the contract times as necessary to account for additional time needed to successfully complete the work (i.e., punchlist items). Such change order will increase the value of the contract by $10,785.92 to a total contract price of $632,125.92 and extend the final completion date by 75 days, from November 30, 2025 to February 13, 2026.
