Annual Professional Services Agreement, 2026
Hourly rates for the period Feb. 1, 2026, through Jan. 31, 2027, for storm water-related professional services; to provide professional services, as needed, related to the development, administration, and implementation of Porter County’s Storm Water Management Program. #P25-003 Kemper Ditch, Arm 18 Drain Tile Reconstruction Project (Rieth-Riley Construction Co., Inc.) – Change Order No. 2
Adjust the contract price to reflect the final measured quantities of the various items of work involved. Such change order will decrease the value of the contract by $22,360.00 to a total contract price of $177,040.00.

Adjust the contract price to reflect the final measured quantities of the various items of work involved, including changes necessary to resolve a conflict discovered during the performance of the work between the storm sewer improvements and an existing sanitary sewer; modifications to manhole structures to connect to existing pipe; and, additional tree removal that included clearing and grubbing the easement, necessary to complete the work. Such change order will increase the value of the contract by $26,599.01 to a total contract price of $384,334.01.
Rolling Meadows Subdivision Storm Water Management System Improvements, Phase 1
The work consists of the reconstruction of the existing storm water infrastructure, including storm sewer and storm sewer structures, as well as the partial reconstruction of Largura Drive and Angelica Court to address long-standing drainage issues and poor condition of the existing storm sewer; sealed bids will be opened and a contract awarded at a future meeting.
