petition yeah uh good evening Commissioners uh you st your name yep yep I uh my name is Cameron wignell I am a land project manager for OV homes uh I see have a packed agenda tonight so I'll be quick um as Mike mentioned uh we are here to request a one-year extension of primary plat for Midwood Terrace um it's been a while since we've been before this board uh since this project has been before this board so I figured I would just give a brief update to everyone midw Terrace is located at the northwest corner of County Ro 500 and 175 West uh it's approximately 80 Acre Site and consists of 184 single payment Lots as you said zoned R2 um and yeah we do intend to uh begin construction on phase one this spring uh in a meeting with Mike and staff last week it was brought up that the plat has indeed expired so I'm here before you to request a onee extension to the primary flat and I can do my best to feel any questions you may have okay thank you Mr chairman I do have one question here if we extend for the one year is it from July 27th 2022 or from today or the one year success I would say today in consultation approve okay right just want to make sure we're within conformance with our own ordinance and if you could kindly include that statement right I don't any more questions no that was the only thing I was questioning because for some reason I thought that the staff thing had said six it'll only be good for six months so the only thing I was trying to confirm is the fact that
