However, we could staff could not locate a signed copy nor uh was it recorded. So, the suggestion here is that upon review by the board, um, we're looking for a motion to accept the dedication of the right of way for the address listed and we can handle it simply through a motion because it's already been passed once and we can then make sure we perfect the signatures and get it recorded.
