A resolution of the Port St. Lucie Governmental Finance Corporation authorizing the conveyance of an easement to the City of Port St. Lucie encumbering a portion of real property described as tract A, Southern Grove, plat number 39, as recorded in plat book 109, page 30 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. for the installation and maintenance of traffic signal improvements, providing for conflict, providing for severability, and providing an effective date. A resolution of the Port St. Lucie Governmental Finance Corporation authorizing the execution of a first modification to the assignment and assumption of development rights with Traditions Commerce Park, LLC and the execution of a second modification of deed restrictions between the Port St. Lucie Governmental Finance Corporation, PSL, MNK, LLC and Traditions Commerce Park, LLC, providing for conflict, providing for severability, and providing an effective date.
