Uh, I need a motion and a second for reconsideration of the application of the LDC text amendment chapter 15 case DCAM-24-00002 who was in the prevailing party of the vote from the last meeting. Make a motion for reconsideration of the application of the LDC text amendment chapter 15 case number DCAM-24-00002.
Second. We have a motion and a second. Madame counselor.
Uh so this matter was before you all last month. We had a commissioner who believed that he had a conflict and abstained from the vote, but upon further research, it was determined there was no legal conflict and no grounds for abstaining. So we're requesting the reconsideration for the sole purpose of allowing that commission member to vote on this matter. There's no need to reddelate. So there's not going to be a deliberation tonight because it was deliberated at the last meeting. Uh this action's a curative measure to ensure a proper vote on the record. It's in effect it's a procedural correction administrative in nature. So we are going to allow for public comment and then the chair will call for the vote. So
cool. Thank you. Uh do we have any public comments tonight? None, sir. No, we're good. Bring it back to the commission here. Commissioner comments. No. No. No. Commissioner says commission. I have a motion. Oh, I got you. I might move it up a line. I got a motion a second ago. Please call the role. Stan Smith, yes. Dalgo, no. Mar, yes. Jordan, yes. Uh, motion carries. Thank you very much. Any commissioner comments tonight? Nope.
Seeing none, any public comments tonight? None. Seeing none. Uh, let's see what else. Any other further business to be brought before the members of the planning commission? I miss staff comments. Tim is shaking his head. Any other business? Nope. No. There being none, I'll entertain a motion for the meeting to be adjourned. We have a motion. Thank you very much.
