It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Adopt the following Resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2026-33 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING LOT MERGER LM11-2023 FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 725-731 E. COLUMBIA AVENUE, ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER 8338-022-025; and 2) Authorize the City Engineer to sign Lot Merger LM11-2023 on behalf of the City of Pomona.

It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Adopt the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2026-36 - A Resolution of the City Council of the City of the City of Pomona, California, Authorizing the Acceptance of $10,000 Donation from the Carnegie corporation of New York in celebration of the 250th anniversary of the declaration of independence, for the benefit of the Pomona public library and amending the FY 2025-26 operating budget by increasing revenue estimates and Appropriating the Funds for Expenditure 2) Authorize the acceptance of the $10,000 donation made by the Carnegie Corporation of New York in celebration of the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence to the Pomona Public Library.

It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Approve three purchase orders, in the amount of $306,898, to Kirksey and Co. for "City Hall Complex Remodel and Flooring," FD428, Capital Improvement Program (CIP) | CC2590 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) | Worktag: Project 74115 for furniture, cubicles, and associated installation work for the Mail and Copy Room in the amount of $64,307, the IT Department, in the amount of $138,866, and Code Compliance Basement Offices in the amount of $103,725; and 2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the necessary documents and any subsequent changes or amendments thereto on behalf of the City.

It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Adopt the following Resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2026-34 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA TO AMEND THE FY 2025-26 OPERATING BUDGET TO ADJUST REVENUE ESTIMATES AND APPROPRIATIONS FOR TRI-CITY MENTAL HEALTH SERVICE ACT FUNDING (TRI-CITY) AND AMEND THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY CREATING A NEW CIP PROJECT, “2040 N. GAREY AVENUE HOUSING UNITS”, FD428 CIP | CC1791 CIP | WORKTAG: PRJ-00004 APPROPRIATING $4,448,850 IN TRI-CITY FUNDING AND REAPPROPRIATE $985,567 OF SERIES AQ HOUSING BOND PROCEEDS FROM “252 E. 4TH STREET MAJOR REHABILITATION,” FD428 CIP | CC2590 CIP | WORKTAG: PROJECT 71210 TO NEWLY CREATED PROJECT 2) Award a construction contract to ACI for the installation of Pre-Fabricated Modulars and Site Improvements at 2040 N. Garey Avenue, to include base bid items and allowances in the total amount of $2,773,405; and 3) Authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the construction contract and any subsequent change orders on behalf of the City of Pomona.
