Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

Hello. Good evening and welcome to the planning commission regular meeting on February 11, 2026. It's about 7 o'clock and we'll call the meeting to order. Uh we'll open the meeting with pledge of allegiance and uh commissioner JGO you want to lead us.

Thank you. I will now ask um our recording secretary uh to conduct the roll call. Commissioner Jgo present. Commissioner Mohan is absent. Commissioner Morgan present. Commissioner Pace is absent. Commissioner Wedge is absent. Chair Jane present. Thank you.

We have a quorum. So staff, is there any agenda amendments today? Thank you. No agenda amendments or items to be different tonight. Thank you. Thank you. U so the first item on our uh list agenda here is consent calendar. Uh do we have any speaker cards for matters uh not on the agenda or consent calendar? No speaker cards received. Right. Thank you. Uh we'll now move on the agenda item. Anybody in audience?

U is anybody in the audience want to speak on items on consent calendar? Seeing none, we'll now move to the agenda item three which is the consent calendar. Consent calendar is the items uh which are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion unless a request for removal or discussion or explanation is received from the planning commission. Uh this evening we have three items on the consent calendar. Do we have any items which we need to discuss? Any uh planning commissioners have any items? Nothing for me.

I. So the motion passes unanimously. Uh think moving on. Um are there any public hearings or other matters? Uh there are no public hearing items, Mr. Chair. Thank you. Uh speaker card, have we has received any other speaker cards?

No speaker cards were received. All right. Thank you. U now we will go through the section where we will be u looking at matters for commission review and or action and information. The first item I see here is uh u any reports from meetings attended. So do we have any items? No items for me. I don't have any my items either.

I don't have either as well. U so we'll move on. The next item is u reviewing of our planning calendar. Thank you. A couple items. We have uh application for conditional use permit and design review uh for a religious facility for up to 200 people on site at any time with related site and building improvements. That will be on the next planning commission meeting which will be on February 25th. And uh after that we're going to have recommendation to the city council from the planning commission on repeal and replace uh Pleasanton Municipal Code Chapter 18.110 personal wireless service facilities. The new ordinance will refer to three new policies covering wireless applications for number one new macro towers, two new small cell sites and three modifications to existing towers and facilities and that will be tenatively on March 11th.
