RFP No. 2025-0195-AC for an initial three (3) year term with two (2) one-year automatic renewals for Household Hazardous Waste Collection for Public Works - Environmental Waste Division to Clean Earth Environmental Solutions Inc. in the estimated annual amount of $233,145; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents. lisa

To approve the purchase of twenty-eight (28) 2026 black and white Chevrolet Tahoe Police Pursuit Vehicles 2WD and two (2) solid white 2026 Chevrolet Tahoe Police Pursuit Vehicles 2WD in the amount of $1,712,690 from Sames Laredo Chevrolet through an existing contract; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents. To approve a decrease to the current awarded contract amount of $6,543,296 by $836,260 for a total contract amount of $5,707,036 for West Arterial Overlay - 2024, Project No. PW-S-00057, from Texas Materials Group, Inc. for the Public Works Department; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents. (Contract No. 2024-0300-B; Change Order No. 1)

To approve an expenditure for materials testing professional services for Bob Woodruff Park North Core Renovation, Project No. PKR-P-7260.1, in the amount of $167,628 from Raba Kistner, Inc. for the Parks and Recreation Department; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.

To approve an Interlocal Agreement by and between the City of Plano, Texas, and the University of Texas at Austin in the amount of $8,100 for the period of one (1) year to provide survey services as part of the Employee Engagement Program for the Human Resources Department; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents. To vacate the right-of-way designation on a tract of land situated in the Joab Butler Survey, Abstract No. 46, City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, and being 0.2601 acres between Ridgetop Lane and Los Rios Boulevard; and providing an effective date.

Public Hearing and consideration of an Ordinance to amend the Built Environment Pillar, Future Land Use Map & Dashboards, Thoroughfare Plan Map, Bicycle Transportation Plan Map, and Parks Master Plan Map of the Comprehensive Plan, originally adopted by Ordinance No. 2021-11-1; and providing an effective date.
