1. Conduct a public hearing related to the previously approved Cisco Grove Campground and take the following actions: a. Adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration (State Clearinghouse No. 2025080434) and the associated Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program pursuant to the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code Section 21000 et seq.) and Section 18.16.010 of the Placer County Environmental Review Ordinance (Negative Declarations). b. Approve the Conditional Use Permit Modification for the Cisco Grove Campground to renovate the existing campground and provide new amenities, subject to the Recommended Conditions of Approval. Winchester Subdivision Storm Water Requirements - Planning Director's Determination (PLN2500302). Supervisorial District 5
1. Conduct a public hearing to consider a Planning Director's Determination pursuant to Placer County Code Sections 17.58.180 and 17.02.050(F), regarding a request to allow alternative stormwater management methods in order to satisfy the conditions of approval for the Winchester Subdivision, and take the following actions: a. Determine that the request is consistent with the previously certified Environmental Impact Report prepared for the Winchester Subdivision Project, in accordance with Public Resources Code Section 21083.3, as it does not trigger any of the conditions in California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Sections 15162 through 15164. b. Approve the Planning Director's Determination that alternative storm water management methods may be used to satisfy Condition of Approval 4 of the Winchester Subdivision's Conditional Use Permit (SUB 292/CUP 1550), subject to review and approval by the County. 1. Conduct a public hearing to consider amendments to Placer County Code Chapter 9 (Public Peace, Safety, and Welfare) and Chapter 17 (Zoning) and make a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors to take the following actions: a. Determine the proposed action to be exempt from environmental review pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3). b.
