The public will be offered the opportunity to comment on matters not included on the current agenda. The length of time devoted to this public comment period shall be as determined appropriate by the Commission Chair.

Determine that the adoption of the proposed amendments are exempt from environmental review pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3).

Adopt an Ordinance amending Placer County Code Chapter 17 (Zoning) pertaining to emergency shelters, low barrier navigation centers, and supportive housing to implement Housing Element Program HE-41.

Adopt a Resolution approving an amendment to the Placer County Government Center Master Plan Development Standards to establish land use types and parking requirements for low barrier navigation centers and supportive housing.

Adopt an Ordinance amending the Placer County Government Center Master Plan Development Standards to establish land use types and parking requirements for low barrier navigation centers and supportive housing.

Adopt a Resolution approving an amendment to the Sunset Area Plan Implementing Regulations to establish land use types for low barrier navigation centers and supportive housing.

Approve an Extension of Time for the Nyack Temporary Concrete Batch Plant Conditional Use Permit until May 22, 2027, subject to the Modified Conditions of Approval.

Approve the minutes of the June 25, 2026 Planning Commission Meeting.
