COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT RESOURCE AGENCY•Item a
Adopting a Resolution adopting the 2025 Community Development Resource Agency User Fee Study and approving the Community Development Resource Agency User Fee Schedule, which shall impose new fees, increase certain existing fees and decrease certain existing fees, be effective beginning January 1, 2027, and generally phased in over a three-year period, as more specifically described in Attachment A to the Staff Report.

Approve and authorize the Purchasing Manager to execute an amendment to an existing contract with California Time Hospitality LLC for Park Ranger Services, increasing the contract by an amount not to exceed $225,000, for a new total contract amount of $648,500 for the period of September 22, 2026 through June 30, 2027, subject to County Counsel and Risk Management concurrence.

Approve the option to renew the contract with California Time Hospitality LLC for two additional one-year periods in a maximum amount not to exceed $751,325 per year, subject to County Counsel and Risk Management concurrence.
