NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare the month of September 2026 to be “Addiction Recovery Month” in the City of Pittsburgh, and recognizes Daniel Garrighan, William Petrosky, and Jodie Pagano for their extraordinary efforts to support recovery in our region.
