Somos Unlimited Potential. Mi nombre es Pilar de la Barra y soy la manager del programa de diabetes. Hay dos tipos de educación que nosotros estamos ofreciendo a la comunidad, educación para adultos y educación en salud. This diabetes program includes the diabetes prevention program, which lasts a year, 26 sessions, and the participants have the objective of losing weight, changing their lifestyle, and increase their physical activity. We also have another program in the diabetes program, which is diabetes control and management, and these people have been very successful in that sense. The city of Phoenix has been helping us. We are very grateful for this help because our participants are really having support from the city of Phoenix through us.
