Thank you. I know Councilman Tahar is out of town. We would like to welcome you here to our July 14th meeting of Pensacola City Council. As we begin our meeting, I would remind you to please turn off or silence any cell phones and to refrain from engaging in any activity that might interfere with the orderly conduct of the meetings. Our rules of order and decorum are posted as you enter the council chambers. Following the invocation and pledge of allegiance, we will conduct a public forum known as the Leroy Boyd Forum. Each speaker will be limited to three minutes unless it is necessary to shorten the time so all speakers may be heard. Speakers are expected to refrain from remarks or activity which would violate our rules of order and decorum. And if you are going to speak about an issue on the agenda, we ask that you fill out a blue card for that particular item, not a yellow card, which is for the void forum. The void forum is not to talk about agenda items, only to talk about non-agenda items. At this time, we will have an invocation by David Suhor. This will be followed by a pledge of allegiance led by Vice President Brian Spencer.

1:51 – 3:30•Speaker 1

Amen. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Thou is the kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. And we decide the temptation from the letter of the Lord. Because I is the kingdom, the power, and the glory, forever and ever. Amen. Mr. President, I'm going to wait until there's quiet in the room, please. I'd appreciate it if you could maintain order. I'm not a person that's going to have the privilege to stay on this earth and forgive us our sins. Ladies and gentlemen.

3:47 – 4:20•Speaker 2

Although I saw what happened, I was here for the special meeting where Mr. Suhor spoke during the invocation that was given. And I understand- Not on the agenda. Our rules allow us to have an invocation on the agenda, whether it's published on the agenda or not. If you've not read our rules, then you don't understand how city council operates. I'm going to give you a chance to speak. If you deviate from what I feel is proper invocation speech, I will have you removed from the chamber.

4:21•Speaker 3

That won't be an issue. However, I would prefer, I would ask that these people remain quiet, or at least a level where my invocation may be heard.

4:31 – 4:50•Speaker 2

Ladies and gentlemen, can I ask you to at least keep it to a low volume? Then I'm going to have to ask you all to leave so that he can give his invocation. I can clear the chambers if I like. I don't want to have to do that.

4:52•Speaker 4

No, sir. No, sir.

4:55•Speaker 2

No, sir. This is the invocation.

4:57•Speaker 4

The board forum has come in. Mr. President, you allowed him last week to stand on the floor. We need to have the chambers cleared this time.

5:06•Speaker 3

We need to have the chambers cleared.

5:16•Speaker 2

I'm going to get everybody to exit the chamber.

5:40•Speaker 1

Remember this. This is not a constitutional right.

5:49 – 6:10•Speaker 2

This is not a constitutional right. It's not. Yes. He's not leaving. He's going to deliver his note. If you can stay and be quiet, you can say it. He is not legal.

6:23•Speaker 4

Outfit. Outfit. Outfit. Outfit. Outfit.

6:51•Speaker 2

if you're gonna be quiet you can say I did get some thank you

7:11•Speaker 1

. . . . . . .

7:47 – 8:02•Speaker 2

Okay, ladies and gentlemen, if you can keep it down, allow Mr. Suhor to say his piece, and then we can move on to this meeting. Mr. Stewart. Yes, I'm ready. Please proceed.

8:03 – 11:15•Speaker 3

Let us stand now. Unbowed and unfettered By arcane doctrines Born of fearful minds In darkened times Let us embrace the Luciferian impulse to eat of the tree of knowledge and dissipate our blissful and comforting delusions of old. Let us demand that individuals be judged for their concrete actions. Not their fealty to arbitrary social norms, and illusory categorization. Let us reason our solution with agnosticism in all faith. Let us demand that individuals be judged for their concrete actions, not their fealty to arbitrary social norms and illusory categorizations. Let us reason our solutions with agnosticism in all things, holding fast only to that which is demonstrably true. Let us stand firm against any and all arbitrary authority that threatens the personal sovereignty of one or all. That which will not bend must break, and that which is destroyed by truth should never be spared. It's demise, it is done. Hail, say child, Thank you for not interrupting me.

11:16•Speaker 2

As you please stand for the Pledge of Allegiance. Be led by Vice President Brian Spencer.

11:23 – 11:49•Speaker 4

Please join me in the Pledge of the United States. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Thank you very much.
