Address: Beechwood Specific Plan – 234 acres located east of Beechwood Drive between Creston Road and Meadowlark Road Applicant: Harrod Paso LP CEQA Determination: The Beechwood Specific Plan and Development Agreement were analyzed as part of the Beechwood Specific Plan Final Environmental Impact Report SCH#2018061064, the modifications to the Project detailed in the Operating Memo have been determined to be consistent with previously approved EIR and associated Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program and there are no additional environmental impacts. As such, no additional CEQA review is required.

Recommended: Approve Development Plan 25-15 for a 30-unit multi-family residential development including an affordable housing density bonus by adopting Draft Resolution PC 26-XXX based on findings and subject to conditions of approval.
