NM 26-015 Review of Community Standards for Unsightly Properties
Proposed Motion That Council direct Administration to review Parkland County's Community Standards Bylaw, in conjunction with the Land Use Bylaw, and report back to Council with options to enhance the regulation and enforcement of unsightly properties and property maintenance standards within hamlets and other higher-density residential areas, including a review of approaches used by comparable Alberta rural municipalities.
NM 26-016 Review of Gravel Road Maintenance Service Levels
Proposed Motion That Council direct Administration to review Parkland County's service levels and practices for gravel road maintenance, rehabilitation and dust control and report back to Council with options and impacts of potential changes, including a comparison with comparable Alberta rural municipalities.
