Proposed Motion That administration be directed to complete a market analysis and pro forma for a Year-Round Agricultural Events Center, a community gathering space where agriculture, heritage and rural roots are preserved and continue to grow and would allow for traditional and non-traditional agricultural activities and demonstration events within Parkland County and report back to Council no later than December 8, 2026.
