Appropriations 1071-2026 with addendum
Approval of Expenditures of Transient Guest Tax as Recommended by the Convention and Tourism Board
(1) Sponsorship of Jehovah's Witnesses $10,000; (2) Sponsorship of the Park City Rangers, $12,500; and (3) Sponsorship of NAIA Wrestling Kansas $20,000; (4) Sponsorship of Cuffs vs. Axes, $18,000.
Approve change order #2 from Pearson Construction, Inc in the amount of $28,091.01 for 2025 Street Rehabilitation-Part 2.
Contract with Lammon Lawn Care for 2026 Mowing Season
DISCUSS AND CONSIDER PROPOSED CHANGE OF ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM THE I-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT TO THE R-3 MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTH OF 69TH STREET NORTH AND WEST OF BROADWAY AVENUE. (RE)
Recommended Action: The Planning Commission recommended approval of the zone change, subject to conditions (7-0).
DISCUSS AND CONSIDER PROPOSED CHANGE OF ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM THE MF-29 MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (SEDGWICK COUNTY) TO THE R-3 MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF 69TH STREET NORTH AND BROADWAY AVENUE. (RE)
