Thank you chairman. The applicant appeared before the planning and zoning commission on May 27th, 2025 seeking approval of a conditional use permit and site plan. During the site plan review, it was determined the site does not meet the code requirements as indicated within the staff report. It should be noted the applicant consulted with the plan designer revising the site plan to include interior landscaping, thus trying to comply with the code where possible and reduce the number of variance applications from six to five. So, they were able to actually um go in and revise the site plan. They're including interior landscape. So, they did make an effort to try to come into compliance as much as they could.
