Okay. And after bids are open and project moves in construction because it's an existing plant contractor will have to stage their operations in a way where you still ensure compliance with the current permit. So you need to be able to remove and treat the waste that goes to the plant and then also work to get the new facilities added or modified. So that stretch out the construction period significantly because of that staging require. No, I think what's the EPA deadline? Have a standby. Yeah, EPA deadline says uh December 2035. Okay.
Is when the plant improved plant has to be able to remove phosphorus and nitrogen to those limits. And actually that's for all major plants instead of
Okay. I hear one question here. You're saying that? Sure. Okay. Current average monthly sewer rate is 4736. Okay. Now, that doesn't include the water rate, correct? That is accurate. Yeah. This is just for the sewer course, right? So, then you're saying by putting this plan in here, it's going to go up to 102. So, there are three separate fees. I see the three separate deals. I'm going with the highest one. You Wayne, that's just a very very oversimplified calculation. Yeah. Right. But it's not that simple when you got to pay it. I understand that. But that's
it's it's a very simplified calculation that's just in there and there's a lot of moving pieces of parts over the next 10 years.
So So what we had to do to be able to prove to EPA that you know one loan without any incentives, too much money on the sewer bills and that's beyond the affordability guidelines of EPA. And then the second tier was one loan with forgiveness but then that just limits you to that forgiveness cap that EPA has. So you lose out on some opportunity for other money there. And the third option is where if we stage these in the three loans during construction then each one opens up a 15% forgiveness opportunity there without hitting the the annual ceiling there for one client and and that's the one that we proposed as a affordable approach there and I think it's it represents 1.5% or below the median household income. That's the affordability criteria by US EPA and IPA here. And that's still you're still guessing that's 8236, right?
They're just mathematical number. Yes. Yeah. Well, mathematical bill. And you said if anyone has any questions or follow up on this, it's 10 days. Yes. Yeah. And those question has to be submitted in writing to Sally here or you can directly submit them to EPA loan manager there. That's part of the state requirement. And then uh after 10 period we'll reach out to you s for the board and update on that. Any other questions? All right, we can close the uh the special hearing at 7:02. Thank you. Thank you.

but it tells you what this gave away.
Don't do that. No way. Make I don't know what They're insurance. It's one of those
We are answered. Start of hearing.
All right. Well, this is what it is. Only one guy I know still does it. That's Johnson does it at water. We did in early days and then it changed it so it's easier to get 30 days or both my son right now. right now for the next was to have Scott pay his money back. Oh, Scott supposedly wanted to pay it back. He talks to Adam and makes an agreement with Adam. We got to do it. So, he does it and then both of them say
he was going to pay all he back but then after he talked about it then wanted to pay it back a couple of times in cash. So he can build something down below somewhere again have one year. So the city agreed to give me tech shouldn't get it on but then the other thing was I'm not you want to read my newspaper because of cancer that's about you but I would want to read that could get out and I don't only come back again. So then we ended up
they take what he said he doesn't one day. We don't say past 88, but she was under the assumption. They just want to have just let me know. You know the city don't want to be super you got an employee don't have sick time still in the police I'm not counting Stacy because she had she had some procedures I'm not trying to still require six days after six days. You guys can take up to three days in a row. You don't have to get but as a dispatcher it's impossible. It's impossible to ever but here's the thing. They never work more than three days in a row. So it's impossible for them to know some problems and say $3,000 you can pay $3,000 when I retire,000.
Well, they're just going to give you $150,000. Said you can't do that. So we talked even more about it today. It's like well you guys can use 1920 of it. Yeah. And you can use it towards your next J at the top. So we don't get it. We can leave like me. I when I left I got 480 paid. I gave 400 back plus whatever was above. So they made just as much money on me as I made on them. I'm well $2,000 and cash.
Well, I said I don't know. that you're not missing.
And you can't even ask why. You can't ask why. would tell you's so I should negotiation what our name says stage has a big fun sort of like every January the guys even don't get sick it all goes into the bank. Yeah.
And then we have a board of like couple from the union couple days. Yeah.
Then we decide you know make rules if they do six or more days a year you can't do it unless it's you know six something like this. do this. At the end of the year, you know, you want to cash all cash. You could, you know, if you if you didn't take a single one, you earn 12, you cash in 12. If you took two days, you only earn 10, you cash in, you know,
you know,
we came out here for those guys. What's that? Oh, you No, it's fine. No, we're just you got close to meeting.
Yes. Yeah. Everybody say I All right. Did you? Thank you. I say I no muck. Yes, I know. I know. Okay. I just wanted to make sure.
Yeah. Before you leave.
