Consider and possible action on an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to construct an addition to the primary structure at 807 Simmons Avenue
Fred Montgomery proposes a 14' x 14' addition to the south side of the primary structure at 807 Simmons Drive. The addition includes an R-panel roof and siding, painted white to match the building. The purpose is to add bathrooms to the structure.
Consider and possible action on an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to make changes to the primary structure and construct a garage at 505 Cypress Avenue
Steve Reichert proposes changes to the primary structure at 505 Cypress Avenue, including replacing part of the roof with a flat roof, replacing wooden windows with vinyl, repainting the house sea foam green with white trim, power washing the brick, installing a concrete driveway, and constructing a 20' x 20' garage matching the house's style and color.
