Final Reading: Consider a resolution approving an Economic Development Corporation (EDC) Infrastructure Grant Agreement with Cadance Development Partners, LLC (Project Capstone), 3880 IH 10 W, Orange, Texas 77632 for eligible infrastructure improvements in an amount not to exceed $2,000,000 for the purpose of economic development.

Final Reading: Consider a resolution approving an Economic Development Corporation (EDC) Chapter 380 Sales Tax Rebate Agreement with Cadance Development Partners, LLC (Project Capstone), 3880 IH 10 W, Orange, Texas 77632 at 33% of the 1.5% (or the .5% EDC portion) sales tax generated at the site for a period of ten (10) years for the purpose of economic development.
