Flores Street, San Antonio, Texas 78204 at the new project site located at the intersection of HWY 87 N/16th Street and Interstate 10W (aka Northway Retail Center) in the City of Orange in an amount not to exceed $1,500,000 for the purpose of economic development.

Flores Street, San Antonio, Texas 78204 at the new project site located at the intersection of HWY 87 N/16th Street and Interstate 10W (aka Northway Retail Center) in the City of Orange at 33% of the 1.5% (or the .5% EDC portion) sales tax generated at the site for a period of ten (10) years for the purpose of economic development.
