Res. 15-2026 – Approve Amendment No. 5 with Gray & Osborne, Inc.
Resolution No. 15-2026 approves Amendment No. 5 to the City's Contract for Professional Engineering Services with Gray & Osborne, Inc. for the Central Avenue Bridge Water Main Replacement Project. This amendment provides additional design engineering services needed to replace the existing water main currently mounted on the Central Avenue Bridge (SR 155), which will be demolished as part of WSDOT's SR 155 Spur/Okanogan River Bridge Replacement Project. The not-to-exceed amount for this work is $168,000.
Res. 16-2026 – Approve Amendment No. 6 with Gray & Osborne, Inc.
Resolution No. 16-2026 approves Amendment No. 6 to the Contract for Professional Engineering Services with Gray & Osborne, Inc. for the preparation of the City's Water System Plan. The amendment establishes a not-to-exceed contract amount of $90,000.
Res. 17-2026 – Authorizing Applications for Federal & State Funding-South Taxiway
Resolution No. 17-2026 authorizes the submission of applications for Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) funding and Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Aviation Division funding for the South Taxiway Construction Project at the Omak Municipal Airport. The project will utilize federal funding supplemented by state funds to reduce the local contribution. Estimated project costs include $19,125.00 in local funds, $19,125.00 in WSDOT Aviation funds, and $726,750.00 in FAA grants.
Res. 18-2026 – Approve Amendment No. 7 with Gray & Osborne, Inc.
Resolution No. 18-2026 approves Amendment No. 7 to the Contract for Professional Engineering Services with Gray & Osborne, Inc. for the Eastside Manhole Replacement Project. This project will replace the manholes from 8th Ave to the Asotin Lift station that have been damaged by H2S gases. The amendment establishes a not-to-exceed contract amount of $99,000.
Res. 19-2026 – Approve the Continuation of the Axon Industries Agreement
Resolution No. 19-2026 authorizes the continuation of the Axon Industries Agreement for the use of Axon Body Worn Cameras, Taser 7, Evidence.com, and the AI ERA Plan. The overall cost is $302,381.38, including $22,151.56 in sales tax. The agreement supports evidence collection, transmission, and redaction, and includes features such as auto-tagging, instant translation, and enhanced AI redaction.
