Okay. As you guys are aware, we have given a 24-hour referral on this. I sent out a random memo. I brought copies of it tonight if anybody wants them. I brought a copy of the climate conservation development if anybody wants it too. But again, pretty much you already know what this is about. We're selling those two lots there. And the board selected me to get your referral as to whether it's consistent with the POCD. And again, as I mentioned in my memo, statutes are very big on affordable housing. So I think it is consistent with the state statute, and with your POCD, and all I need is a motion saying that you'll issue a report to that effect. I move that we issue a report in favor of subdivision. No, in favor of selling the land. Selling the land. That's for humanity. There we go. Make a motion that the sale of this land is consistent with the POCD. Okay. So, a second for the motion. Second. Okay, great. Any other discussion about the movie? Okay. There you go.
