I just want to remind everybody the emergency preparedness fair is on September 12th at the library from 11 to 2. And with that, I move to adjourn. Second. Okay. All those in favor? Aye. Aye. All right. Thank you. Meeting is adjourned.

  4. I'm just going to give my own anecdotal evidence that you do not have cell coverage in Eibach Park and Eibach by where you live and Cindy lives. So I had that happen multiple times in that neighborhood. So I'm just reaffirming that. And I just want to overall thank the CIOs because back in COVID, these things almost fell apart. And thanks to Kathy Holland and other people. But you guys have pulled this together and you're such an important voice to us and especially the land use issues where we kind of have you know aren't allowed to say anything because of the quasi judicial position we're…

  6. I don't want to dig too deep in this, but if Washington County pulled out of maintaining, we'd be maintaining half the road and they'd be maintaining the other half because that would literally happen.

  9. Well, I'll start with on August 3rd, we had our R1 Act meeting, and it actually went better than our previous, what, six months have gone, or whatever. So I think we still got a lot of issues, but there were some open discussions, and I think we're... Making an attempt to move forward. And one of the things we looked at was connect Oregon grants, which can be used for matching federal funds, and we went through the list, and then that will go to a final committee, and of our two employees to that committee, mayor bubenix, our alternate. So congratulations. Yeah, I went to the Midwest CIO ice…

  18. Oh, okay. So I think the lamb people first. I guess I'm just going to get to the bottom line. I know that you... I mean, I see your employees at every event we have in town, and it's great. You guys do a lot of good. And this issue with the noise has been going on for a while, so... and you put in that you're a good neighbor, and I believe that, but we've also heard that we're not getting communication to the neighbors, so I'm just wondering, like, it seems like it's these scrubbers in the HVAC system. Is there anything you can do to help alleviate that or reduce the noise and that you're…

  19. Okay. One suggestion I would make is that a River Grove Citizen Involvement Organization is that neighborhood, and if you would be willing to just have periodic discussions with them on these issues, that would, I think, go a long way, because I feel like a lot of this is a communication problem. Thank you for that suggestion. Yeah, and then my other question is It was said that this tux project is already under construction and I want some clarity on that. I

  23. Discussions that's all for the prep start the discussion... Yeah I'm still concerned about that you're going to put the noise issue and we're going to just hold it to it because that's the only thing here that's holding all this my concerns out as far as the revenue... In in the transparency thing that's really hard I feel like the community didn't get the transparency they deserved and it's just the way the process works But when we looked into this, I truly believe that in the end, the overall revenue, you just see this tax reduction. But the overall revenue, there's so many different…
