Thank you for your comment. I do have one card. The gentleman wasn't here earlier. Richard or Ricardo Perez? No? Okay. Then we will move on to our callers. Do we still have callers on the line?
Thank you. All right. There being no further public comment, I now declare the joint general public comment period closed. Now is the time for a brief response from city council, city manager, or city attorney. City manager, city attorney?
Since you're here, talking about this just really quick, I know this is not an agenda item, so we can't ask too many questions, but just for edification on how to move forward, does the library itself in the collection bring in self-published authors and have a criteria for that?
Yes. Thank you. Okay. Thank you. Thank you. Any more from city manager, city attorney? No? Okay. Council members, who would like to go first? Council member Anthony.
Yes, who would like to go next? Council Member Rosati.
Council Member Perez, would you like to go next?

All right. Thank you. Yes, Vice Mayor, I see your hand up.
Thank you, Ed, and thank you for sharing that. And, yeah, kudos to your staff for pursuing that grant and winning it. And please let us know, as a grant's being used, how many folks are being trained and the success stories so we can hear. Sometimes when we get grants, we don't always hear the other side of how those grants are used, and this is one of those cases where I think the community would really like to hear how successful it is. So thank you.
All right, tonight we have five reports to council. After staff's presentation, the City Council will proceed with joint public comment. Speakers will be allowed to speak on the item at the conclusion of the presentation, as long as the speaker has not spoken on the item during the first period of joint general public comment. Please be sure to submit your public comment card now, as no additional public comment cards will be accepted once the comment period commences following staff's presentation. If you'd like to participate in remote public comment for this report, please join via Zoom…
