Do they have to fill out the application before we pursue the loan? Or can we pursue the loan?

So I have a question on that. So say that the neighborhood's north of 43rd, because I know their water situation is not much better. So say something happens to that, we annex them, and is there enough water feed to supply that, to tie on the end of that line, if that would happen, or no?

So have you talked to some of the other entities, I guess, at that conference you went to to see what some of them, if they've started using some of those management systems? Sure.
So you think this will save a lot more time and make sure all of these requests get taken care of?
It sounds like a lot better system to make, make managing it a lot easier.
For myself, it sounds like something that we should look into.
But you kind of have a process. A couple slides ago, it had kind of what your process was that you were going to go through to get to this.
I'd be okay with going through your process to work through this to see what you come up with. One more for consensus.
