THERE'S A LOT OF THINGS THAT CAN BE SAID FOR CHAIRMAN ERNST. Not only his tenure as chairman, in which I think he gave such guidance and support, and I know that everybody has benefited and learned. As his being chairman, I think, as I said, everybody has learned a lot, because I thought that he was learned, thoughtful, considerate, and really had the best interests of the city always as a long time resident at his heart. So we have a trust in the developer by the experience of what he's done already in the city. So I know that he's a concerned community individual.
