“I think Commissioner Dunlap summarized it really well. The only thing that I would tack on to everything he said that I fully agree with is a desire to double down on green space in an area where we just have tons of demand. And, you know, I know that that doesn't generate revenue and that this has to pencil. And affordable housing is extremely important. So, you know, I look forward to hearing how we can best balance all of these priorities. And thank you.”
