I'm not very familiar in the book publishing world. When we say self-published, that's anybody who hasn't gone through a traditional publishing house?

Could I just ask, Madam Mayor, that clock, that two-year clock, is that an internal clock we've set for ourselves? Is that state law doesn't require us to absolutely?
