“I would like to add some feedback. I'm sorry. I have to support her on this. I feel as if there needs to be perhaps a guideline or some sort of structured, again, guideline in terms of where it is acceptable for construction staff to take breaks, smoke their cigarettes, or do whatever it is that they're doing. with all due respect, but it shouldn't be at the cost of inconveniencing the residents or residents having to deal with the toxicity of whatever else is going on, right? We're trying to facilitate processes in the growth of the island, which is what's occurring. That's just my input.…”

“Oh, and I'm not saying regulate people, but there should be a standard of, okay, so if there's a break area, which in most corporations, right, there are, There's break areas. There's areas where you can smoke and can't smoke. Even within condominiums, there's a standard of footage of where you can't be within a certain footage of the building for smoking or other relative breaks. It's something we should consider, right? It's something we should consider creating a standard around. That's all I'm saying.”
