“Member Nelson. I appreciate what you guys are doing. And I think for a lot of homeowners, it would be helpful. But when you did the presentation, my thought was for the homeowners who may not be quite as savvy, this could lead them to losing a home or really having a bunch of problems. And that worried me.”

I'm not seeing a huge problem, and so I'm not crazy about going further with it. If we had a problem, yeah. If we had loads of pet stores and we had loads of animals in there. But some of the statues were so restrictive. If you sell 20 animals, you're a puppy. And it just seemed really like people had gone way too far to…”

“I will say, you know, I liked you from the beginning. I was like, this is somebody we can work with. This is somebody that we can count on to handle our litigation in-house. This is somebody, not sure I want to be against you in court. But somebody I would trust in court, somebody to handle the litigation, figure out what a case is worth or not worth. So to me, you're doing a great job. You're doing what I thought you'd do.”

And you look for ways to resolve them. And to me, that speaks volumes. So thank you.”
