“All right. I just wanna, can I make a comment? I just wanna say that GB was, for what you guys wanna do, that's not the right thing, and as a board here, we need to go back to the city and see if we can get a, put something on the agenda for a UDC amendment so that maybe down the road this can work. Because even if you had this GB, you still couldn't do what you guys want to do, which I think is a great product for this property. And that would be unfortunate if we all said yes, and they said yes, and then turn around and you can't do what you want to do. So I think if we can, you guys let us…”

“People have brought that, and I definitely talked to the city about that as an alternative. I think if our board is concerned about the GB and it still is not going to bring you the product you want, Council's definitely going to be, you know, probably, I can't speak for them, but I have a feeling they wouldn't be on board with it either, so.”

“Yeah, I think since we already approved a cup once and they've already gone through the engineering process, It's just a matter of if they identified the concerns of city council, because that's going to be who's going to tell you a yay or nay after us anyway. So I feel confident that you guys have probably done that. Even though you weren't there, you probably got feedback from somebody. So, yeah.”
