Any questions? I wanted to ask, it kind of caught my attention, the $156,000 in materials and services reduction. I know that in the budget, some of it was detailed in terms of you know, the specifics of it in terms of professional contract services, travel training and supplies and those reductions in there. I just wanted to just be sure that those didn't get moved somewhere else or just help me understand how, because that seems like a gigantic cut to communications.

One of the questions I had in my mind was how much is our expenditure growth over the next two years being driven by compensation policy decisions that were made by the council.
