Recent remarks that go beyond procedure, each playing at its second in the meeting.
Then, Mayor, I have 3-11, which is the resolution to amend the city of Bloomington employment rules. And I'd like to vote against that, so I don't want to move that.
Oh, yeah, no problem. So I know that it's coming later on, but I kind of debated whether to bring it up now or just bring it up now.
Then it kind of goes along with that. So if there's a limitation in terms of that, how would one expand into that?
I think you really outlined it quite well earlier. Basically, we have a real balancing predicament when we talk about fiscal responsibility and then also affordability and there are tradeoffs with that.
Thank you, mayor, and I want to thank staff for their willingness to be able to meet with us and have those conversations.
I guess my real question, mayor, and maybe it's left for a policy discussion later on at a different point in time, if the rest of the block gets turned into R3, would they not have that restriction?
