“Yes, I think we all forget that Hudson basically was a lot of wetlands. And much of what is built in Hudson shouldn't have been built here in the first place. And that's why we have such stormwater issues. um if i had my way there would be very very limited um development but that's as dr weinstein said that's not what our land development code code says that's not what our zoning says so those are the things that we're going to have to change but i think environmentally we really have to look at how can we deal with this because it is becoming a big environmental problem. But the only way we…”

“This is a very different subject. There was an incident at Acme where an elderly person fell and the EMS came very quickly and a resident called me and said it was amazing how well they handled the situation, their empathy, and I wanted to make that public announcement about what a wonderful EMS team we have.”

“I just want to say I was at the Architectural Historic Review Board last Wednesday, and they did not pass the plan that Planning Commission just passed. They did not agree with what Planning Commission had put together, so the developer is in because he's getting two different opinions on what that plan should look like. So it is something that we may have to look at in the future, how we can get those boards to come together in some way to help the developer put together a plan that works.”

“Yes, being a child psychiatrist, this is near and dear to my heart. I do wanna say that that training by the state of mind Hudson, it was a project of leadership Hudson. It's 930 to four and it is no cost to anybody that registers. And this is a great program to learn how you, the ordinary person, can help intervene in a way that really can help another person who's struggling. So I would encourage as many people as could go to that. It would be a great thing.”

“Yes, last evening I had a forum on short-term rentals and long-term rentals at Barlow Community Center, and we actually had a full house, and I want to thank Greg Hannon, Mary Rodak, and Brian Griffith for their help in organizing the whole thing. There was really a very lively discussion for and against them. People had a lot of good ideas, and we're reviewing all the ideas that were presented. We will be having another workshop on it at some point, so nothing has been decided yet. But I want to thank all the residents who came out, because it was really very, very helpful that all of you…”
