So I think it was your last slide on the backup for us. It's slide 41, where you're kind of looking at Central El Paso, Northwest El Paso, Northeast El Paso, et cetera. I kind of wanted to understand a little bit more on, like, for example, in central El Paso, there are zero that are approved, zero that are under construction, the same in northeast El Paso. But then there are 293 that are stalled and 120 that are pending. So…”

“thank you mayor just wanted to say for the record on this one that i'm voting against it because a lot of city time has been spent on this over the years there's been a lot of back and forth and i really hope that whatever vote this go whatever uh result out of this vote um we we get to a little bit more clear instruction as to what's going to happen with this particular project So I'm not supporting it today, but I'm not against it. It's just more, I wanna know if this is actually going to be real, because I think a lot of the credibility has been tainted over the last few years for me.”
