Thank you, Mayor. Tim, thank you for presenting this. I know that you had a different presentation with a lot of the same information with the larger backup documents. So I think it was your last slide on the backup for us. It's slide 41, where you're kind of looking at Central El Paso, Northwest El Paso, Northeast El Paso, et cetera. I kind of wanted to understand a little bit more on, like, for example, in central El Paso, there are zero that are approved, zero that are under construction, the same in northeast El Paso. But then there are 293 that are stalled and 120 that are pending. So wha

Thank you, Mayor. Thank you, Alejandra, Ian, Omar, and the entire slate team. I have a question regarding letters of support or opposition. I think last time we had a legislative session, we offered some of those. And I was wondering what the process was going to be like for those letters specifically. How do we decide what kind of letters we send and if council could also get an update on when those letters are sent out as well?

1:14:22 – 1:14:39•Alejandra Chávez

Thank you. And I think this question is more for Ms. Mack. Ms. Mack, as bills start to get introduced for the next legislative session, if there's any bills that come forward that you think would adversely affect us as a municipality, would you bring those forward to council so we could review them and then amend the legislative agenda again?

1:15:03 – 1:15:14•Alejandra Chávez

Yeah and I think it's great. I know that I've worked with the slate team in numerous occasions and so I would like to continue that collaboration. Thank you so much. I appreciate all the work that's been put into this.

7:47:33 – 7:48:16•Dr. Josh Acevedo

thank you mayor just wanted to say for the record on this one that i'm voting against it because a lot of city time has been spent on this over the years there's been a lot of back and forth and i really hope that whatever vote this go whatever uh result out of this vote um we we get to a little bit more clear instruction as to what's going to happen with this particular project So I'm not supporting it today, but I'm not against it. It's just more, I wanna know if this is actually going to be real, because I think a lot of the credibility has been tainted over the last few years for me.

7:49:56 – 7:50:08•Dr. Josh Acevedo

Representative Acevedo. Sorry, I know we need to adjourn. Just Ms. Neiman, what happens with the EX3? So that's it. OK, thank you.
