Well, Mayor, I'd like to make a motion that we approve Ordinance 2026-028 for a zone change as previously read.
Mayor, I'd like to make a motion that we approve Resolution 2026-044, authorizing you to sign the recommended amended interlocal agreement.
Our dear Father in heaven, we're very grateful for the opportunity that we have to come together as Pleasant Grove residents, staff, mayor and council, and citizens. We're very grateful for this beautiful city that we live in. We're grateful for the moisture that we've received this last week. We ask that thou would please bless us that as we hear the items on the agenda that we will be inspired to make those decisions that will be best for Pleasant Grove in the long run. and we say these things in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.

Yes, just very quickly, first of all, thank you, staff. Just looking over the chief's report, the 15 DUIs is just heartbreaking to me that people now, you just kind of hope that that tobacco use is down. You just hope that drinking and driving would just go down. And so it just, I don't know, just makes me sad that people are still drinking and driving. Also, it is very, very nice to have a plan And it is also, there's a lot of people that can sit on and look at what they would hope would happen and dream about what they hope would happen.
