“Thank You madam chair I just want folks to know I voted when I was in Congress I voted against the ARPA funding but here we are we have it I was outnumbered and the other thing that I want to say is it's my understanding that we will be returning some money back to the US Treasury because we're going to have extra ARPA funding that we're not going to use and so that's a good we can use it for our constituents the money that we really need, and then return some to the U.S. Treasury. And that's why I'm going to vote yes.”
