City Manager, could you clarify, originally we thought this was only going to be a partial replacement and now it has become a full replacement. So what transpired that we weren't able to know that originally?
I move to amend that the bill that updates the tax levies based on the final assessed values as reviewed and approved by the state auditor's office be considered for further discussion.

The Planning Commission was very split on this. So it sounds like it's the lot size that's small is what our concern is.
