“Yeah, I legit had to deal with that this morning, walking the dog. Somebody was coming around the corner there with their bike and I was walking the dog and between the edges and the sign, one of us had to like walk into the street to like go around. Like you couldn't really walk through there. It's only in a few areas, but yes, the hedges do take like 30% of the sidewalk. Then if you add a sign, two people can't even walk down the sidewalk and, you know, one going one way, one going the other way.”
