With regards to agreeing with what my fellow commissioner has stated, by following the laid out conditions in the docket here, I'll be voting yes for this.
I may be splitting hairs here. I also think this is very reasonable, but I was just wondering if you could provide some additional context on why you landed on the 135% maximum.
