  1. Okay, thank you. And then my other question was around, there was a building time, there was a statement of, somebody said three years, and then the contractor said 10 years, and I'm just curious how long the...

  2. Okay. So just to be clear for everybody in the room that if there's an anticipation of 10 years, that might not be correct. Yeah. So we don't want to have false promises either way, right? And at the same time, because part of these public meetings are about public disclosure at this point now that we're putting this on the floor. And so I want to make sure, because one of the real issues is around construction fatigue that communities have next to construction sites like this. And these are the people that we have to look out for as elected officials. And then I guess the other question I…

  4. Thank you. Yeah, those are my specific questions, and I think those were the kinds of questions that I think that the community is concerned about. And then as far as, like, the agreement that people are supposed to take a look at over four days or whatever it's been, like, how many pages? Okay.

  5. So I guess my question is, is there... Well, I guess with... with there being public meetings and making sure that there's public discourse, is there an opportunity for time before we make the final decision for the community to feel more comfortable around? I mean, and I guess my big concern is How do I want to say this? I think I just want to reiterate that I think the city's done a great job, that we've come through a good process. The only feeling that I'm having right now is that the community that lives very close isn't feeling heard. And I don't know if there's any way that we can help…

  6. No, I think that the city and you have worked very well together, and I've always said that I believe that part of the reason that we have community hearings is so that the community brings the wisdom of the community as well. I don't live in that area, so I don't have that noise, but I don't know that that's happening until the people that live there come tell me about it, and then... we have the opportunity of helping those citizens in our negotiations make sure that their needs are taken care of around just basic needs of sleep. And I happen to also be a therapist, so I know how important…

  7. What does that mean? I don't think that there's going to be a perfect solution for everything. And I think that the city leadership, the community, and LAM have shown a great ability to come together and have difficult conversations and negotiate solutions. And I believe that that is part of the reason that it's great that you guys are here and that the community likes you being here. But this particular one is just something that you know, I'm not part of lamb, but I've gotten a lot of letters over the last years. I don't know how many we got for the public record tonight from the community.…

  8. And I just want to make, and I agree with everything that you said, and I also hear that the community doesn't feel heard about this one issue. So there's a thing about validating that, even though I do believe that you're doing your best in good faith. And I think that the community is feeling unheard in a certain way, or else I wouldn't be getting these letters. That's just my evidence. So I... And I don't think it's a hard thing. And I think there's brilliant people at LAM that have invented all kinds of things. So I have confidence in that part of it as long as there's really a meaningful…

  9. I Really appreciate the work we brought in a lot of experts and help make sure that the city was well represented as a city and And part of the things we did have to negotiate and get in writing right so I'm not one that just thinks that always get handled by a conversation, but that's fine and And I do think that having time, giving time if there is time for people to look over things just helps people feel more comfortable so they don't have a problem with that conversation. I also don't have a problem with the SIP agreement and the way that it's been negotiated. The actual agreement itself…

  10. Just because we had that conversation tonight with 65th, I'm just curious if there's anywhere that in our transportation package any of those funds would fit now that we have different leveraging for funding.

  13. One of the ones that hasn't been brought up that I think is really important is the... I wrote it down, but I can't read my writing. Sorry. It's the water... We're in a really bad situation with that. I think it's something that's probably going to pass, but I think that the city's understanding and knowing about it would be helpful for the decision-making at the state because it's gotten close a couple times and we're really in need. I also put down... there it is water of first development the Energy resilience and disaster with the fires and everything else it's and The problems with FEMA.…

  14. No. Or the shelter and homeless response? Shelter and homeless response. We've already streamlined enough. We need to not do that.
