economic economic development manager roberto ellis is recognized for staff presentation thank you good afternoon everyone roberto ellis economic development manager we have two applications to consider today the first application is a property located in the west ocala cra cra the applicant is mr hubert nailer mr nailer will be demolishing a chimney that's currently attached to his property. He will also be repairing and repainting the exterior of the home. There are doors that he will be replacing and he will also be re-roofing the building. Based on the estimated cost of approximately $24,000, he qualifies for a grant of up to $11,754. Staff is recommending approval. Happy to answer any questions.
