Thank you. Roberta Ellis, economic development manager. So this is a property located in our West Ocala CRA. The home was constructed in 1949. The proposed scope of work includes replacement of the exterior doors, installation of a new fence, landscaping, and termite treatment. Based on the scope of work, the estimated cost is approximately $20,846 The CRA grant covers up to 75 of the project cost. The West Ocala CRA Advisory Committee is in support of this proposed project. Staff also recommends approval.

Ellis. Again, Robert Ellis, economic development manager. So, this is a project in the North Bagnoli CRA district. The applicant is converting from septic to city sewer. These types of improvements that is the conversion from septic to city sanitary sewer. This comes at a 100% reimbursement under the program guidelines. The estimated cost is $4,421 All of that amount will be reimbursed at the end of the project. The North Magnolia Advisory Committee is in support of this and staff also recommends approval.
